Waltzing Atoms states great importance to handling your data in a secure and private way. Personal data is saved, processed and analyzed only if necessary.
Personal data will not be handed over to third parties other than for payment issues. Waltzing Atoms will not sell or lease your data.
Waltzing Atoms collects and saves information transferred by your browser in an automated way. That is:
- The referring URL
- Your browser type and browser version
- Your IP address
- Your operating system
- The date and time of your web request
This data is anonymous to Waltzing Atoms. We will not match this data with data from other sources.
Signing up for an account requires providing some personal information. This includes your e-mail address, your name and your password. Using Waltzing Atoms after the free trial period, you have to provide your postal address as well.
Your contact requests (via e-mail or instant messaging) will be saved for later references. Comments in the forum will save your IP address.
Waltzing Atoms does not hand over personal information to third parties or use it in any non-related matter, as long as we do not have your written permission to do so (e.g. per e-mail) or we are forced to do so by law.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not recommend this, because Waltzing Atoms may not be usable anymore.

These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site, which we use to help improve it. These cookies are used to identify the user, the language settings and the refresh token. The refresh token is used to update the authentication information, used for OAUTH2 authentication.
Your Waltzing Atoms.account is password protected to prevent others from getting access to your data. We advise you to chose a secure password (more than six characters, including numbers and special characters) as well as to change your password periodically.
Waltzing Atoms uses HTTPS (SSL) for authentication and all web applications. All web services of Waltzing Atoms apps are encrypted, and therefore the only way to login and use the web applications is via HTTPS.
We advise you to always use HTTPS when using Waltzing Atoms over a public network, at internet cafes, or when you are sharing your computer with other people. Log out when you’re done, and shut down the browser window to make sure others can not access your personal information.
